Where is the bracelet made?
Your personalized cuff is made to order in the USA after your order is placed.
What materials and finishes are available?
Choose high-quality polished stainless steel or an 18K gold-plated finish. Both options use the same clean, adjustable cuff silhouette.
Will the cuff fit their wrist?
The open cuff is adjustable and designed to fit most wrists. Adjust it gently and gradually rather than repeatedly bending it back and forth.
What can I engrave?
You can enter up to 100 characters in the available ShineOn field or fields, including names, dates, coordinates, short messages, family sayings, and supported emoji options.
Can I engrave both the inside and outside?
Yes. Select the engraving-location option for inside, outside, or both sides. The correct personalization fields will appear automatically.
How long does a personalized order take?
Allow approximately 3–5 business days for made-to-order production before shipment. Delivery timing begins after production and is shown at checkout.
Is it ready to give as a gift?
Yes. The bracelet is presented for gifting, and the product options let you choose between the available Standard Box and Luxury Box presentations.
Can I change the engraving after ordering?
Personalized production can begin quickly. Contact Tailored Woven immediately after ordering, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
